| The only way out of the Dark City is in a body bag. What happens in these mean streets are the things urban nightmares are made of. The stories linger for years to be told from generation to generation. No one dares enter the borders of this mean place for fear that they won't make it out alive. This is the city of the night. This is also the city of the dead. LaChance and Lancaster, along with psychic medium Madame Star, have been given a pass into the mean streets to film a documentary on the city of Ghost Town and what goes on when the sun goes down and the shadows begin to roam. They are going to tell the stories of those who have lost their lives in a city who takes no prisoners and the ghosts who still roam the streets and back alleys. Dark City California is Ghost Town.
